| The Little Riders Club |
| A club for children. A sense of belonging. As a member of the Little Riders Club, your child will receive the ID card with all vital information of the child as well as emergency contact information. You will also receive a fingerprint card with ink strip and a DNA vial for hair and fingernail samples. You will receive and envelope to hold this information as well as birth certificate, health information and other important documents. In addition, your child will receive a Little Riders Club backpack in black with white lettering for boys and pink lettering for girls. We will also include a Little riders club T-shirt with their choice of design for the back of the shirt. For the parents, the Little Riders Club offers peace of mind knowing that, in an event that we get separated from our child or children, we have the information that can help find them, as well as help find a parent or guardian. In case of an event, place the ID into the child's pocket. The ID can provide medical information and contact information to identify who the child is. Extra ID cards can be ordered to give to the child's family members. |

| Membership for the Little Riders Club is $35.00 with a 10.00 annual renewal fee. Additional cards for the member is $6.00 with your order. |
